1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been focusing on digital projects including design development, project management and kind of being a technical lead for XXXX, a beauty and healthcare company. He is leading their projects and several fellow programmers in the team; they are focused on Agile and Scrum for their methodology. At the same time, he founded XXXX and was the solutions architect for them as well where they did multiple ecommerce channels. Before this, he was mostly a Systems Analyst/Senior Programmer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be conversion of business needs and business use cases into data modelling, programming language, and also a hands on developer since the start of his career. He has advanced IT programming skills and can also mentor fellows and programmers in using reusable and clean code. For the technical side, he is proficient with Python and has been using this since the start of his career; rates himself a perfect score of 5 when it comes to Python.
