1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is a skilled system analyst with more than 5 years of experience in D365 development, system automation, and sales process optimization. He is currently with XXXX as a Senior System Analyst where he is in charge of the design and implementation of customized 365 solutions to automate and enhance sales processes of the company. He has previously developed and deployed Power Apps and Automate workflows for business operations; great collaboration skills with sales team and IT teams in gathering and translating business requirements to technical requirements. Previously, in his time with XXXX as a System Analyst, he was leading the development of D365 customizations to support sales operations and reporting requirement, has built and maintained .NET C# applications with D365 and also working on Power Automate workflows during that time. Within these two jobs so far, he has been involved with support and troubleshooting as well for the applications.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his deep knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, from development up to customization. He is great with leveraging different tools for business workflows as well such as .NET C# language, Power Apps, and such. He also believes his expertise with sales process automation is one thing he can leverage for any jobs he will join in the future.
