1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the development industry for about 20+ years now and has been mainly using Python, Java, C#, and C++; he is also specializing in financial institutions and experienced with trading systems, settlement systems, and such. His last role was with XXXX as a Assistant Project Team Lead where he led a team and provided IT software services including system development, design, support, and vendor management. Before this, he was a System Analyst for XXXX where he enhanced their system and provided third line system support for their solutions. He also was a Senior System Analyst for a XXXX before and was a Contractual Senior Consultant for XXXX as well. He also has worked with XXXX as a Developer where he mainly used Python 3.9 to develop scripts, control CI/CD, and perform some controlling of the database as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his development skills since he’s quite confident with it and has been doing this since the start of his career. He also have code review experiences that he can contribute to his next employer. He’s most proficient with Python, Numpy, also strong with Java and Spring Boot.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has overall experience of 20 years in software development and 2+ years of experience in Python. He is strong with Python 3.9 since he has used it a lot before along with Linux-scripting. He has lots of experience with JSON, PostgreSQL, and also Mainframe Cobol especially during his time with XXXX and XXXX. Aside from that, he is good with new product conceptualization and implementation.
