1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated from the XXXX in Computer Science and did his internship as well for XXXX as a Software Developer then worked for them full time for years after that. He then took a quick break to do some travelling then worked with a German startup for about nine months as a Software Developer and joined his current company, XXXX, afterwards, as again a Software Developer mostly involved with fixed-income pricing technology platforms. He also is a Technical Author/Writer for about a year now, doing it part time to full time depending on the projects, he started writing technical articles for them and is in charge of dealing with multiple clients including data engineering and AI space, mostly coming up with keywords, writing and publishing articles, and manage the whole process. He’s also responsible for a couple of special product including creating guides and demos for an AI-based organization; also doing another project of a notebook-based documentation organization where he was in charge of writing guides and manuals as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill in terms of software development would be functional programming and data engineering since he has been doing that for few years now. On the other hand, he’s also passionate about being a writer and working with technical/educational documentation, doing research, and teach people on things through his guides and materials.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has a year of experience in technical writing but has been doing technical documentations for about 4 years now with his experience in software development. He has worked mostly on guides, articles, and manuals for software side of data engineering, database optimization, and AI platforms but is confident to work with machines, consumer products, and engineering space as well. He is familiar with Adobe Suite tools although they use Google tools mostly for writing; he also coordinates with other teams for the design and editing. Apart from that, he’s knowledgeable with XML documentation and has used it already. Some of his most recent projects includes writing and managing a guide with 12 topics for a massive tech organization about their database optimization, SQL optimization, indexing, and clustering.
