1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is originally from UK and has moved to Hong Kong for about 4-5 years now. He started off with .Net and C# languages, then later on transitioned using NodeJS. That’s also the time he started off with web3 and crypto space. He was with several companies before in UK including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as a  Software Developer/Design Engineer. After that, he moved to HK and worked with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer and XXXX as a Senior Smart Contract Developer where he worked on decentralised options trading platform. He then joined XXXX as a Senior Full Stack Engineer where he built market data collection using .Net 6.0 to collect data from various exchanges. He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Full Stack Engineer where he is the Head of Web3 Development for XXXX and they’re revamping the UI of the android and iOS app.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the backend development and in his recent and current roles, he has to do the front end as well. He is keen to be exposed more in full stack development now. For programming languages, he is very well-versed with NodeJS, .Net and C# as well since he has been using these for several years now.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has about 10+ years of experience in software development both backend and frontend. He is interested with roles on the banking and finance side; also interested with roles in the web3 space.
