Interview Assessment Notes	He is currently working for XXXX as an IT Business Analyst, his main job is to work on an e-commerce system, ordering platform and also some mobile applications that support the users to scan, check and trace the products. The company is a label trim supplier, they have unique tags and they are going to develop an app to allow users to record their RFID tag. In his previous job it was a retail beauty cosmetics company as assistant project manager. It is a small company with 50-80 people and they order products from the supplier using excel and they have a few people who need to serve the customers and also manage the stock and ordering at the same time so they needed to centralize the procurement process. It was a permanent role and he left because it turns out that it was also a procurement role. He specializes in Project Management and Business Analysis skills and has 10+ years of experience. Would say he is good at the PM/BA role such as getting requirements, extensive experience on rolling out IT projects, documentation, and process workflow diagrams creation and also help to do the demo and UAT. He is also using Agile in IT projects so they have SCRUM meetings, they are using agile methodologies and also create Excel VBA.
