1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Branch IT Support Team Lead to manage the vendor case and management of the tickets and onsite accessories. After mid-July, he becomes the Team Lead of the SCB building to serve around 3K end-user for the laptop, printers, pc, and other accessories.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in the application and end-user support and rates himself 4.5 out of 5. He has solid experience in administration, support, and configuration of O365, Teams, and Exchange to change the email, and domain and performs the backup as well. Has solid experience in AD and the example task was to move the OU to the controller and set up the email group, log in and change the password. He is familiar with backup tape, data imaging, and Onedrive as well as having a basic knowledge of VMware and knowledgeable in switches, and Fortinet firewalls.
