Recently working as an IT Assistant providing tier 1 support to English teachers whenever there are software and hardware-related issues he will be the one to call out to solve the issues. He also assists in a video conference and prepares the webinar.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in tier 1 support and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has experience in helpdesk/desktop/end-user support where he provides tier 1 support to users, is involved in in-house IT assistance such as installing software, windows migration, and other ad-hoc tasks, and resolves onsite and remote problems. He has basic knowledge of windows servers, networks, and security where he previously engaged in the preventive maintenance of windows servers, Fortinet Firewall, and other backup tools such as Veeam, Symantec, etc. He is good in AD for creating user accounts and GPO policies. He was previously involved in the O365 migration project, checking emails and if there are any issues raised by the end-users.
