- Currently he is doing a freelance IT Consultant and before that he was the IT Manager in XXX Development Ltd., he was managing almost 10 members in China and 2 to 4 members in Hong Kong. He Planned, setup and monitoring the infrastructures such as switch, firewall, and server required over the different areas to ensure the operations ran smoothly.
- He had a retail and manufacturing experience as being IT manager and IT head. He Implemented and supported an in-house developed ERP that specialized designed for the jewelry industry in China and supervised IT team on the development, ad hoc projects user supporting for retail operation in China and Hong Kong.
- In XXX, XXX, and XXX, he implemented the POS, ERP system CRM system, HR System and Financial system. So, he manages all those IT projects, and he is strong in Management since he even rates himself 4 out 5 for this because he can manage a different people with different personalities and assist them in their projects.
- He is hands-on on his China team since the skills of his members in China was not so stable like in his Hong Kong team, but even if the capacity of his members in China was not so good as Hong Kong Team, they still deliver and finish the project smoothly and this is because of his supervision and help.
