As Head of IT, he has a responsibility to their three teams: one is application development team, one is infrastructure and networking, the other is server and security,. From these three domains they base what to be revamped and to re-engineer to amp up the enterprise architecture for the organization for the internal users which is over thousands, as well as for external users in different areas.
He has ERP experience in his previous roles. He had been involved in ERP projects with other ERP platforms such as the archiving process. And for CRM they had a dynamics 365 implementation before. Their CRM is a platform to manage all the customer information and cloud service.
He has quite the number of years in system design and development. For enterprise architecture he has established this across 38 platforms. Their architecture is a hybrid partially cloud based. They also establish their architecture across API layers, help them build it to be more scalable and buildable. He has extensive experience in system design.
Previously he had 30 plus colleagues in and right now he also had 30 plus people across three teams, each team has one manager and each manager would attend to around ten people. He is in charge of supervising all of these teams.
He had worked on a large project he thinks is an achievement. They have established eight platforms for their Hong Hong construction industries, with around 500,000 people supporting and managing all the construction sites and attendance records to fulfill the government audience as well as the information, provide management insights of the construction industry.
As Head of IT he is reporting to the CEO and Deputy CEO at his current company.
