1. For her current work experience, she just got promoted last June to level two global service desks. So technically, they assist with escalation tickets from XXX. Also, they supportXXX users. As a result, they reset passwords, troubleshoot computers, network issues, AWS Connect issues, and manage outages.They create the tickets for outages from severity four until severity five. They manage to sell between three and four tickets. They also troubleshoot applications and software and remotely connect to users via an application called Blast to remotely connect to the user's computer so we can easily assist them further.
