- He was the Project Manager in XXX project. He led weekly project meeting and present during Steering committee meeting. He builds project plan and review plans from another project manager. He is also building trust and good relationship with his clients.
- He is strong in Project Management he even rates himself 4.5 out 5, because he has been a Project manager for almost 15 years so his extensive exposure doing this gives him confidence that whatever the circumstances, he can manage it. He is adept in ERP and CRM System solution.
- One of the challenging parts for him as a Project manager is when the clients want to implement new features when they in the latter part of the project so, what he will do is to negotiate to the clients explains the disadvantages if they will be revised it all and he will suggest it to implement that on the next phase, and all of his experience is always approved and not been rejected.
