  1.  He was in XXX as Consultant, Consulting (Strategies & Operations) for 6 years. He helps the company to make their operations sustainable. He’s currently working in an NGO as Senior Associate, he is engaged in creating ESG reporting to company listed in the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and he also manage an online ESG maturity evaluation platform service for corporates (referencing to GRI, UNPRI).
  2. He is a quick learner because for him as a Sustainability Practitioner, you need to easily adopt and absorb new information in small amount of time and apply it to your work. He rates himself 4 out 5 in Communication skills, he can communicate effectively, because for him without this skill you cannot gather the enough data to make your reports accurate and effective and some of the feed back for him is good because of his data accuracy.
  3. Doing ESG reports, for him the important thing is to have a transparency, because  some of the company just ticking the required box and not being transparent to their investor, but for him being transparent makes your investors confident that you are trustworthy, since you can say it to them the real status of your company so for him to have an effective ESG Reports you need to be transparent for your investor’s sake.
