- Currently working in XXX as Account Support Manager. He supports the inhouse infrastructure mainly in servers, storage, and some network equipment. He is also handling their biggest customer in Hong Kong. For his last two experience he was exposed in Financial and Investment Bank industry, he is one man team, so he supported all the IT related concerns at that time and as time goes by, he had a team and handles a team from 2 to 4 members.
- He is familiar in supporting trading platform especially Bloomberg and the mainly issues that he supported in that platform is the extraction of data from terminal to excel file and if it is application issue he will directly contacting the vendor to resolve the issue.
- He rates himself in IT infrastructure as 4 out 5 because his been building IT infrastructure for a long a time so he is confident enough to handle it even if he is alone.
- He supported an Apple device, when he was working in church. He supported apple machines because they are mainly using apple machines for video editing and graphics. The common issue that he was resolving in an Apple device was more on security issue because it is hard to navigate unlike in windows environment and in apple environment there is no domain concept.
- His also doing IT Consultancy, he needs to provide solution to the company, how to build IT infrastructure and how to operate it in the industry best practice.
