- He is currently working in XXX as an In-house Infrastructure Support. He is in charge to support the part of banking business as well as the asset management business doing ETF and mutual funds. He is a team player and people person, he can communicate well and build relationship with the businesspeople, he supported them inside and outside office hours.
- He is competent in supporting trading platform system, especially Bloomberg. 4 months ago, some of their traders cannot come to the office because of the pandemic so he was in charge in giving remote access to those traders, who will work from home and he was also in contact with the Bloomberg for some product related issue.
- In Infrastructure Support he rates himself 4.5 out 5 because his been doing this for a long time, he can support servers, network, and security issues, implementation, and maintenance. He can support his colleague remotely, via email, phone because their headquarters is in Toronto so some of the issues are overseas.
- He is strong in Troubleshooting he even rates himself 5 out 5 because he can resolve the known and unknow issues. He is enjoying resolving the unknown issue because it exercise his mind to think out of the box to resolve it.
