- He was working in XXX, as Associate Director. He is responsible in global IT operations and IT infrastructure. For IT infrastructure he is responsible for all the servers, wifi, storage etc. and for IT operations he is handling the Service desk, or the IT support department and he is also handling some of the engineers for their vendors.
- In XXX he was in charge in global IT teams so some of the IT managers in mainland China, USA, UK, Malaysia, and Hong Kong is reporting to him regarding IT function concerns.
- He helps them to improve their ERP by increasing some infrastructure and connection (LAN). He helps the company to lessen the risk of the short-term contract of the Service Desk providers by proposing more than 2 years of contract, because if the contract will only last for 2 years, there’s a lot of changes and adjustments once the contract was ended.
- He is strong in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations as he is doing this for so many years. He always makes sure that all his projects will be done on time and the budget is in line, because he is responsible for the IT Infrastructure budget.
