- She is currently working in XXX for almost 2 years as Assistant Manager, Business Reporting and Sustainability. Her main duty is more on sustainability reporting, doing ESG data management and qualitative research over NGO locally and CSL. Prior to XXX she worked as ESG Manager in XXX, she managed a team that delivers ESG sustainability reports. In XXX Hong Kong she helps the company to develop and implemented sustainability strategies to achieve engagement and conservation targets.
- For her management buying data has play a big part in an ESG report to make it accurate, because it helps the overall ESG engagement to make it more efficient. Then Identifying material topic of their clients is also important because they have a client in different industries. For her she did her ESG report not in a TICK BOX approach, but she helps her clients to identify the material ESG topic and help them to focus on that area.
