As an Implementation Consultant at XXX Pacific, he collects and discusses technical requirements and constraints with clients and teammates. He also consolidates the business requirements and other factors; creates technically practical designs and discusses the designs with the internal development team.

As an Analyst Programmer prior at a beauty service company, he was the only developer responsible for company ERP System daily operation, maintenance and support for multiple modules. He also developed a new C# application.

Regarding further ERP experience, when he graduated he had first worked for a garment company’s ERP system using Dynamics AX. He has also worked for another beauty retail company and his duty is to be responsible for their ERP system, which is also using Microsoft Dynamics AX.

For Dynamics AX he was sort of an administrator and developer; his manager asked him to do administrating tasks on the infrastructure transition from Dynamics AX to another ERP system or other resource system, to make sure it is correct.

He was also responsible to make sure the accounting team can get their financial report, which they have to disclose to the market because they are a lease company.

He also makes sure to support the logistics staff to make sure everything is accurate. He thinks he is good with Dynamics AX as he has worked for around 2-3 years on Dynamics AX.

The company he is currently working in focuses on ERP software. They have their own ERP system which is Kingdee, the popular Chinese software. He is familiar with this as well.
