He started his careers as a developer and knows more about the java technologies. After that he takes a role as a project lead then became a project manager. When he joined XXX , he initially started as a project manager and currently he is managing the program. His overall experience is quite in the retail industry from end to end. In Hong Kong, he joined in the company in December 2018 and since then, he’s working as a program manager and handles big retailers and currently he is working with Channel for XXX side. He has worked for 17 countries to give them support and maintenance and the development projects. In channel they are working on the system implementation and support parts.

He is strong in Project and Program management. He also has the technical expertise in understanding the subject and provide solutions accordingly based on his experiences. Has an experience in doing XML mapping in his earlier project but not a recent one. They use it in formatting messages from one system to another system. With 8-10 years of experience in doing project management and rate his skills for that 4 out of 5.
