- Currently he is working as a contract IT Support Specialist in XXX. He is involved in retail IT operation and retail IT infrastructure for the store, so basically, he is coordinating with different departments to gather data and give it to their infrastructure team to achieve smooth IT operations.
- He has an experience in VMWare support, he does the basic configuration and handle the installation of windows server and optimize the VMware for better performance.
- In XXX he supported around 500 end-users in Hong Kong. He supports his colleague thru phone, teams, emails and on-site. He basically resolves level 1 and 2 issued from their end-users. He is also using Active directory for account management.
- He has and extensive experience in supporting servers like Windows Server, DHCP server, DNS Server, Exchange Server, and Application server. So, he is doing basic configuration to optimize the best performance of their servers.
