1. Currently working as a server technician at XXX he's been doing this job for a year and three months at least and it is his first IT job, so it was quite a learning curve. He have certificates in a cloud as well as the hardware and Comptia+. He usually doing everything from assembling servers to racking, to troubleshooting, to liquidating components and bare metal servers, and answering customer tickets. Also, handling, inquiries via the ticket ticketing.
2. He is good in servers, hardware, assembly, it supporting and etc.
3. He learned it from like building PC, troubleshooting, like using the automated system as well as their server. Currently he is studying CCNA and Linux as well on the side to further push his knowledge in it.
