- She was part of the XXX as part-time team secretary and ended her contract last January 2022. Her main duty is to make the team aligned according to the schedule. Maintain good relationships with their clients and do some reports and product materials.
- When she was in XXX as Customer Care Officer. EH was part of the call center and help the customer to help with their concerns and her job was divided into two parts. 50% of her work was customer service focus and 50% was upselling their banking products, like credit cards, insurance plans, transferring balances, etc.
- Her strength is her communication skills as she can communicate well with different people with different backgrounds and cultures. XXX helps her to understand customers’ concerns even if this was a phone call.
