1. She is currently connected with XXX. as a Senior Marketing Manager. Develop a long-term marketing strategy mainly on CRM for the gaming facilities. She works with 2 subordinates and is very conscious with her team members. She makes sure that each of them is able to learn and grow in the company. She guides them well to deliver the work and comes up with her own training material to track their progress.
2. In XXX, she also managed online promotions in their social media platforms and the company’s website. Worked with the vendor for the website and the app. UX and UI provided a lot. How to ensure that people can search for their APP - SEO. She also organized offline events and did post-event feedback to optimize new promotions.
3. In XXX, she designed and implement CRM programs in regional levels. Led the results trending in India, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and China. She managed to do eDMs such as Email, SMS and MMS blasts. And also took part of revamping the website.
