  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    Mainly in the Business Management side for 14+ years now. Started off as a Sales Engineer in XXXX then after that, jumped off to the Business Management side. He worked for XXXX before as a Channel Sales Manager for Lubricants. Then was an HK Automotive Sales Manager for XXXX where he managed the HK sales team and distributors to achieve sales goals, was later on promoted to Distributor Development Manager, China Regional Sales Manager, and China CVO Space Manager. After that, he transferred to XXXX as an AP Regional Sales Director, then XXXX as a Segment Manager. Then later on, he was a Business Manager for XXXX wherein he promoted Teflon coating there. After that, he was requested to move as a Manager Development Manager for Automotive. After 2 years, he was a Business Consultant for XXXX and last role was a Business Development Manager for XXXX. Then after that, he founded his own business, XXXX, which promote circular economy and sustainability development in HK.

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be his business development skill and knowledge. For his soft skills, says can work with different types of people, very approachable, and is good with people and strategic management.  

  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
    Don’t have much of experience in LiDAR Technology and Laser Scanning. Wouldn’t be too difficult because of his engineering background, knows of 3D laser solution, a measurement equipment. Have some idea on basic scanning. Have to engage with architects and contractors before so has some knowledge in landscape surveying and that would not be too hard for him to learn. Started talking to government branches when he started his own project. No problem with talking and presenting to people.
