- He is a Business Analyst, and has 2 undergoing major projects, the 1st one is a CRM to access the client information and the other are new programs on XXXX apps and for the day to day tasks, he performs IT support for different departments, prepare some documentation and stress testing.
- He has 1.5+ years of Business Analyst experience and has carried out some projects such as banking systems, apps, and data analysis for the users and they modify the database to carry out the financial product and specify more on product management. He engages on the back-end technology support sector and understand how the system works, the business requirements and resources of the company.
- He has experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams, when he was working at XXXX, done some audit materials and he drafted flowcharts about their loan products to illustrate the business flow and clients’ engagements and has done it for more than 20 projects.
- He does UAT test and have drafted test plans and user training to tackle the problems of the system and then give them flowcharts to better understand the process, he has done these on Banking systems.
