- She is currently working as a consultant, her tasks are between a Business Analyst and Project Manager. She collects requirements from the users, the time delivery and communicates with the clients and the internal QA team. She is also the 1st contact point when there are inquiries or questions.
- She was an Assistant Business Analyst in Operation, it was a project team. She will look for the operation efficiency, the workflow changes the task to digitalized and write small programs to help them to be automized and act as the communicator between the user and the It department to develop and help the whole process and collaborate it with the requirements and also to generate reports regularly to provide the KPI to the management.
- She is strongest in Project Management/Business Analysis and critical thinking on optimizing efficiency and good at communication with different parties located in different regions. She has 2.5+ years and would rate herself 4 out of 5 in Business Analysis, she is good at customer communication. She will usually get the user requirements, come back to provide and consolidate detailed and categorized order of all the task and then provide it to the PM.
- In her current experience, being a Business Analyst is what she also does now, collecting requirements, communication with different people and developing documents and process workflow diagrams and now she is acting as the vendor as well.
