- He is now doing UAT in a mobile system, testing the mobile app center for functionalities. He previously worked for a bank, doing UAT as well such as requirement analysis, he had some experience in testing the football betting system. He worked as a system analyst and online support for the UAT and then as manager of operation of the HR system monitoring the system.
- He strongest in business analysis and has 5+ years of experience. Would rate himself 3 out 5 in Business Analysis. He has meetings with the clients and takes note of the requirements, what they need in the system, prepare the requirements with the client and then send it to the IT department or talk with them whether feasible or not, do the testing and match the requirements with the user requirements. He also gives training to users and is responsible for resources and how many people to test the system and keeps track of the system and enhancements.
- He has 5+ years of experience in preparing flowcharts for the data using simple tools from Excel. He will put what the system can do and he will prepare a flowchart, during testing he will also do user flowchart to help the users and he also creates a flowchart that will go through the process from the start to finish.
- He had a supply chain experience back in his work at XXXX from 2001 to 2004. Mainly in bank and some mobile banking system.
