- His current job is more on testing, coordinating, regression testing, manual test and exploratory test and ensuring that his team has covered all of the scenarios. In his previous job, he was mainly working on the HK market more closely with the transformation team, giving feedback how to support product.
- He is strongest in being able to prioritize and maintain priority on tasks, make sure that all issues are found before release and that all are reported and that development team is able to handle the client’s expectation and also managing team resources and provide accurate computation of how many resources would be needed.
