- He worked mainly in insurance starting from UK, implementing new products, upgrading and implementing changes to the systems. He worked at Manulife for 18 months as Business Analyst Lead for Common Claims Platform development, doing a bit of Adhoc work for XXXX, getting the documents from the brokers. Last year for XXX and XXXX as the client, he is the head of the business analysis in the Claims System Team and concentrates on the end to end solution.
- He specialises in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, end-to-end insurance value chain changes and management. He has 6+ years of experience in management and 15 + years of experience in business analysis. Would rate himself 5 out of 5 in B.A. and 4 out of 5 in management. He had a big project in the UK when they were implementing a new Admin System, he was in charge of many strands and there were B.A.s reporting directly to him, while in XXXX he was the head of Business Analysts and handled 35 B.A.s and 4 different business analysis team and then last year leading the claims system solution team for XXXX.
