1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started off as a Sales Engineer in XXXX in Hong Kong then transferred to XXXX as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager but only lasted there for few months. Then after that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Sales Engineer and was promoted to Assistant Manager wherein he organized sales activities and led the sales team. Then moved to XXXX as a BusDev Manager where he mostly handled accounts for telecom and audio/cd player products. After that, he moved to XXXX as a General Manager under the same boss or employer. XXXX had to be stopped then that’s when he returned to XXXX as again a General Manager. After that, he was the Marketing Director of XXXX and spent 13 years there leading and developing the sales and marketing team. Currently working as a BusDev Consultant in XXXX, a project he founded, where he mostly collaborates with the Sales Team to plan/strategize marketing & sales.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the automotive business and has lots of resources in that part. Has done lots of entertainment, dashboard for automotives. For the last 2 companies he had been, he spent quite a lot of time in sales/marketing management and project schedules

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has no technical background in LiDAR Technology and Laser Scanning, most of his technical skills are only from the first job that he had with semiconductors. Has no knowledge in mapping and surveying. Has handled a government branch before during his time in Hutchison Paging Limited. Good with talking and presenting himself to people.
