1.Currently, he’s doing some consulting jobs for design of a power amplifier module for 5G small cell base station and design and tapeout of the GaAs Die, laminate and the module. He added that he’s also working with a company based in Shenzhen, China as a consultant. He also worked with X as a senior member of technical staff. He’s responsible in design and implementation of RF Power Amplifiers for CDMA/3G/4G/NB-IoT Applications. He also worked with X as a senior IC Design Engineer. Previously to that, he also worked with X as a researcher.
2.He specialized in designing a RF power amplifier modules since he’s been doing designs for 10 years already.
3.CAD or EDA – Yes, he’s a heavy user of these tools most especially Cadence and ADS (advanced design system). He’s been using it for almost 8 years with X.
4.SPICE – Yes, he also used H-Spice in designing analog circuits for 5 years with X company.
5.Yes, since he’s working with a company based in China for his freelance consultancy job.
6.Mandarin – No. He doesn’t speak the language.
