- She’s currently working in XXX as Solution Engineer, primarily she pitches any good idea to their clients, focus on solution that their clients need. She drives initiative to build presence in the AI market. Currently she is pursuing the Azure Cloud Tech Certification, she’s been preparing for a certification exam maybe on September this year 2021 she’ll get her Azure certification.
- In JIRA she rates herself 4.5 out 5 as an end-user since she has an extensive exposure on this tool, because she was a Software and System Engineer back then and she was using JIRA in planning how the maintenance support after the project deployment. They also use JIRA before as a project management tools to communicate to other IT users.
- In Zendesk as an end-user she rates herself 3.5 out 5 because she only uses the Zendesk for customer support to answer the questions of their consumers.
