- She was the Operations & Logistics Manager in XXX and her main duty is to managed daily operation & assisted CEO in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy and she was the one who prepare the export documentation and Logistics Handbook for their European suppliers.
- She was dealing with different 3pl when she was in XXX Hong Kong and XXX. She was directly communicates with different clients and suppliers. Her experience in XXX is more on sea shipments but in XXX more on-air shipments and a bit of sea shipments. She needs to take care of sending thousands of bags and delivery bags throughout the world, that is her focus when she was in Uber. And when she was in Uber, she is also handling the warehouse and taking care of it, sometimes they are delivering 5,000 to 6,000 delivery bags on bike, so she is the one who make sure that before it is delivered it is well and in good condition.
- She rates herself 4 out 5 in Microsoft Excel. She used it for monitoring and report analysis and almost of her works are in MS Excel, so she is confident to used it but still she is open for a new knowledge in terms of Excel formulas.
- She is good a communication, since she had an experience as Customer Service in XXX Paris. So, she can communicate effectively with the customer and clients and able to help them with their concerns through effective communicating.
