1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the software development industry for more than 8 years now, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles. He is specialized in building scalable, high-performance web platforms using different technologies including Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS Serverless as well. He is currently with XXXX as a Lead Full Stack Engineer where he has led the technical architecture and launch of an AWS-based online gaming dashboard platform, widely to be used by clients in Europe and LATAM. He also has designed and deployed CI/CD pipelines there and built serverless infrastructure using Lambda; apart from that, he's an Interim CTO currently and has mentored a distributed team of engineers and implemented standards. Before that, he was with XXXX as a Senior Full Stack Engineer where he mostly acquired his first-hand experience with React, Next.js, and AWS integrations for finance and entertainment clients. He also has mentored junior developers back then.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be end-to-end architecture and leadership in scalable, serverless web applications; he has deep expertise with Next.js, along with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and other tools. He also has considers DevOps and CI/CD automation as one of his expertise; on top of that, he has great exposure to iGaming/online gaming which he thinks would be his advantage for this specific job. Lastly, he has a proven leadership skill in mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and setting best practices.
