   He has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a major in Information Systems from XXXX School. His work spans over 15 years in IT support, beginning with a desk role at XXXX, China. Since 2015, he has worked as a Linux and Windows engineer, supporting enterprises such as XXXX and various semiconductor and foreign companies in China. His expertise includes global enterprise cooperation, end-user support for desktops and laptops, and managing over 200 users. Additionally, he has a strong understanding of IT security, including ISO 27001 standards. His ability to provide efficient IT support ensures seamless operations for users, making him a valuable asset in a global enterprise environment.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strong skills are in Windows Server and Linux Server, as well as end-user support for older systems on laptops and desktops. This area remains his advantage. Also, he is proficient in networking and server management, including Active Directory, and developing Linux servers such as Nginx and FTP.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in end-user support, handling both first-line and second-line support. In his recent company, he managed support for 200 users.
