Currently, he is an IT Infrastructure Engineer at a Holland-based company, handling customer projects primarily for airports and logistics clients. His responsibilities include hardware and network design, on-site commissioning, software deployment, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure implementation. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in IT infrastructure implementation, with seven years of experience in configuring Windows servers and managing virtual server environments using VMware. He has worked with large clients, including Shanghai XXXX Airport, handling server clusters and providing complete hardware and network solutions.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience with Windows and iOS operating systems, having worked in internal IT support for over a decade. In his previous role at a German company, he handled desktop support for both Windows and Apple systems, managing user issues through a ticketing system called Matrix.
