   He has 10 years of experience in the IT industry. In his previous role at XXXX China, he provided onsite IT support and offered assistance across Tiers 1 to 3 by managing a help desk through channels such as Teams, email, Slack, and phone to resolve IT-related issues. He also managed annual end-user onboarding and offboarding, including IT orientations covering Windows, macOS, iPhone, and Android devices. Within his Tier 3 responsibilities, he led the IT team, maintained project management processes, and established and sustained the company’s call center and Avaya telecommunication systems. Additionally, he oversaw instant messaging management, privileged identity management, and SSO integration. He contributed to various projects, including the setup of primary and disaster recovery data centers, the establishment of company offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, and the implementation of Logic Tech MTR rooms. Prior to this, he worked as an IT developer at a German company’s Shanghai office, where he provided IT support, managed email account setups, handled user onboarding—including IT and email account creation, server configurations, and printer server maintenance—and maintained lab systems with data backup.
