1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 26 years of experience in the IT field, beginning his career after graduating from XXXX University of Aeronautics in 1996 with a major in aircraft design. Initially working as a manufacturing engineer at Shanghai XXXX Manufacturing Plant, he later transitioned into IT as the industry grew rapidly. He acquired IT-related skills independently and joined a small company, where he gained experience as a system administrator and project manager, handling cabling and infrastructure. He later joined XXXX as a technical support specialist, where he worked for 11 years.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Over the years, he developed expertise in VMware, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux. While proficient in hardware support for laptops, desktops, and servers, he has had limited experience with network infrastructure in recent years.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   When he moved into IT support roles, he is focusing on troubleshooting, software, and network-related issues. His responsibilities included device management, enterprise configuration, and service management. Additionally, he has experience with Windows 10 and 11, having worked on a project to upgrade systems from Windows 10 to 11. Additionally, he has experience with Apple iOS and MacBook, as they were widely used by end users in his previous company.
