1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 25 years of experience in the IT field.  In 2008, he served as the team leader for an SAP group tasked with setting up the system for production in a company with a factory and office in Shanghai. He led a two-month training in Germany for a team of 10 people, ensuring they understood the SAP system thoroughly. The project lasted a year, and after completion, he continued supporting the project across 14 branch offices throughout China, performing remote support and occasionally traveling for IT infrastructure tasks. His career began in 2000 when he joined a top group and took charge of the Information Center, overseeing 400 workstations and running a project in collaboration with a university. After five years with the company, he moved on due to business challenges, seeking new opportunities. In 2011, he transitioned to a new company where he worked for three years. Over his career, he gained experience as a trainer, teaching for three years and also contributing to an SAP project. He holds an intermediate professional title in network information technology from Shanghai. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise includes ERP business and project support, particularly with SAP systems. Also,  he supports ERP systems, working closely with sales orders and handling invoicing within the ERP system.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in IT management and operations in foreign companies for more than 20 years already. His strongest skills include proficiency with Office, the office system, and the Windows operating system. He is also experienced with server management and handling physical switches and routers. Troubleshooting and providing help desk support for global projects are key aspects of his daily responsibilities. He manages both iPhone and iPad devices for sales staff, along with two company phones, one Android and one Huawei. The sales team uses iPads to run a CRM system and generate log reports. He also manages around 20 devices, including iPhones and iPads for the team. With experience in Windows operating systems, he was involved in a major project to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The upgrade process, which took place over a year, involved working on weekends to ensure no disruption to production. The entire team now operates on Windows 11. He also has basic knowledge of ITIL and its applications in IT management.
