After graduation, he worked at a German company managing lab equipment, recording collaboration data in SAP, and ensuring compliance with ISO and EU standards for industrial products. He then joined XXXX China, handling both Level 1 and Level 2 service desk support.

   He has experience in communication and networking, which he considers essential across industries. While not highly technical in coding or debugging, he is an open learner willing to acquire new skills as needed for his role. He has a foundational understanding of computational concepts and adapts quickly to new challenges. His daily responsibilities are not heavily focused on coding but involve leveraging his communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate tasks effectively.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In XXXX, As part of Level 1, he was the first point of contact for APAC users, addressing system outages, application failures, and hardware issues while escalating as needed. In Level 2, he focused on a project called Leo, deploying and maintaining courier devices, preparing playbooks, testing updates, and coordinating night shifts for system rollouts. He handles user support and new project implementation, including tasks like Office 365 upgrades and downgrades. He has experience with Windows operating systems and provides first-level troubleshooting for software installations, password issues, and account lockouts. For Windows 10 or 11 upgrades, requests are escalated to local IT teams, while basic troubleshooting is conducted before forwarding complex issues to next-level support. For technical troubleshooting, he conducts remote sessions to diagnose issues and identify root causes. He also monitors account statuses, checks error codes, and collects error screenshots to resolve problems efficiently.
