    In XXXX, As part of Level 1, he was the first point of contact for APAC users, addressing system outages, application failures, and hardware issues while escalating as needed. In Level 2, he focused on a project called Leo, deploying and maintaining courier devices, preparing playbooks, testing updates, and coordinating night shifts for system rollouts. He handles user support and new project implementation, including tasks like Office 365 upgrades and downgrades.
