1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 2 years of experience in the IT industry and is a college graduate in telecommunications. His first role was at an information technology company where he worked for over 1.5 years. During his initial year in China, he completed several projects and managed communications between substations during a business trip to Pakistan, handling devices such as PABXDH, OTN, Huawei PX, and SDH. He later oversaw communication for 10 new substations and one existing substation using equipment like pipx for telephone number transfer and SDH for signal transmission. Afterward, he joined a company in Shanghai where he was responsible for managing switches, routers, and wireless networks for foreign customers. In that role, he addressed customer issues by coordinating with their engineers and even traveled to Armenia to resolve problems that could not be solved remotely. Ultimately, he returned to Shanghai for a subsequent position, where the long hours and modest compensation led him to further his technical expertise by earning certifications in  switching, routing, and security.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He demonstrates strong skills in network device configuration and maintenance. He is familiar with switches, routers, wireless technologies, and devices from companies such as Cisco and Huawei. He can set up and modify configurations but lacks experience in scaling systems to around 80 devices.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Regarding the hardware device and address software issues. He resolve these issues using software, and if hardware challenges arise, he will also handle those. He is confident in managing both software and hardware matters. He has the ability to solve problems and provide support, with experience in working on laptops and computers, and he has utilized ITIL.
