1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over three years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in network engineering. After earning his degree in network engineering, he began his career as a network engineer at a British chemical company, where he configured and managed network devices, monitored network performance, and provided user support and troubleshooting. He then advanced to an IT supervisor role at a Chinese startup, overseeing networking, support, server maintenance, cabling, and security aspects. Later, preferring the structured environment of international companies, he joined XXXX, where he supported more than 30 sites nationwide by handling technical support tickets, analyzing network requirements, managing equipment and assets, and monitoring performance using tools such as SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center. His duties included providing Level 2 technical support, resolving network incidents, managing resource requests, and analyzing network requirements for site expansions. Additionally, he managed network equipment, supervised routine IT room inspections, and monitored network performance using industry-standard tools, while also contributing to network security maintenance and cloud network management.

   Prior to his incident experience he uses a developed ticketing tool rather than ServiceNow and leverages JIRA as a project management tool. His ticketing system is integrated with his ITSM platform and receives notifications from SharePoint. In his second job experience, he managed the deployment of new laptops for onboarding employees by installing Windows images before distribution. When users encounter issues—such as inaccessible websites or malfunctioning software—his troubleshooting approach is to first ask if the computer has been rebooted or if the software has been reinstalled, which resolves most problems. If these initial steps fail, he checks the task manager, restarts essential services, reviews system logs for errors, and reloads or resets the database. In rare cases, he re-images the system, a process that is facilitated by the use of system disks. His expertise spans both Microsoft and Linux environments, including distributions like CentOS and Ubuntu.
