Using tools like ServiceNow, he ensures timely issue resolution, meets service level agreements, and provides regular progress updates to clients following ITIL best practices.

   He has been primarily working with Microsoft .NET, focusing on development and enhancements. Additionally, he has some exposure to Angular, which helps in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
