1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 7 years of experience in the industry. On the technical support side, where he is currently working with XXXX through a vendor, he has about 2.5 years of experience. Before that, he was involved in both IT and IT-adjacent roles. Currently, he serves as a Technical Support Team Lead. At XXXX, he supports different companies by handling the technical requests and tickets they raise with Microsoft. His role involves resolving customer issues and providing technical assistance. He joined the company in 2022 and was promoted to Team Lead within a year.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills having empathy toward customers. Initially, he thought that everyone might share this trait, but after spending more time in the field, he realized that not everyone can put themselves in the customer's shoes. He noticed that many of his team members tend to view situations from their own perspective without considering the customer's point of view. This ability to empathize, he believes, is valuable across any industry. In addition to this,  he views his learning ability as another strength. He quickly progressed to team lead within a year, demonstrating his capacity to learn fast. He believes this adaptability applies to any IT-related product, such as Office 365, which he worked with at Microsoft, and will translate to other areas as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has personal experience handling iOS applications and configurations, although not in a professional setting. He is familiar with using iOS and Mac devices. He assumes that the role may involve configuring iOS devices or Macs. He has experience providing end-user support, with a ticketing tool under M365. Additionally, he has experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online & Outlook, and upgrading Windows from 10 to 11.
