   He has over 10 years of experience in IT support, with a background in network engineering. His expertise primarily lies in infrastructure technical support, including helpdesk and infrastructure support for both on-premise and cloud services. Additionally, he has some exposure to cybersecurity. In his last role, he was responsible for helpdesk support across both the headquarters and a manufacturing facility. His work focused on infrastructure and security support, including training employees on security awareness and handling security operations. He managed a large-scale infrastructure across multiple regions, including China, Singapore, Australia, and India, supporting both on-premise data centers and cloud services like AWS. Over the years, he has also gained familiarity with other cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud. While his core strengths are in infrastructure and helpdesk support, he has a basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is virtualization within the Windows platform. Additionally, he has worked with Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2008 and 2012.
