1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 10 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily working in help desk and desktop support. In his previous role at a startup company, he was the sole IT member, responsible for desktop support, including user PCs, office equipment, printers, and meeting room devices. His responsibilities also covered system maintenance, such as managing Microsoft Office, NAS, OA systems, and IP guard software. He handled user account setup for onboarding and offboarding, as well as access and permission modifications. Additionally, he was involved in server room device maintenance, working with SD-WAN, VPN, and network switches in collaboration with local vendors. He also managed IT asset tracking, vendor coordination, procurement, and price negotiations for IT equipment and systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise is in hardware support, and he has gained experience across different companies. His strongest skills include Windows OS, particularly Microsoft Office. He has experience working as a Microsoft Office administrator within the company.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He previously worked in a helpdesk team before transitioning to the therapeutics industry. The company used ITSM software, including ServiceNow for ticketing. In his role as a Level 1 Helpdesk Support, he managed tickets, monitored the system, and escalated issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams when necessary. Global IT members from different regions assisted in resolving tickets. His responsibilities included troubleshooting user issues, particularly PC connectivity to company Wi-Fi, by checking hardware, network settings, and firewall configurations. Additionally, he ensured that MAC addresses were on the whitelist and addressed login issues related to company systems. For printer-related issues, he verified network connections, checked IP addresses, updated drivers, and inspected printer status. He also provided support for company-issued iPhones IOS while primarily working with Windows-based systems. He has ITIL Certification and with ITIL support experience, he followed company IT policies and ITSM guidelines, using ServiceNow to handle user tickets within designated response times.
