1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?HHe has over 14 years of experience, including four years in a technology company, seven years in the data center of a payment company, and three years in the data center of a foreign bank. He graduated from XXXX University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in Science and Information. His career began as a Database Administrator in a technology company, where he provided Oracle expertise to clients, including the Bank of Communications and manufacturing firms. His responsibilities included database operations, creation, security scripting, data backup, recovery, and handling Oracle warnings and incidents. After four years, he joined a payment company, XXXX, to contribute to a new data center project. He designed the storage and data backup systems, along with the Linux server architecture. Over seven years, he managed data backup, recovery, disaster recovery, storage migration, and upgrades. He was also involved in cloud projects, including AliCloud and Kubernetes, where he tested various programs and software. Later, he joined XXXX Bank in Hong Kong, focusing on infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, Linux, IBM Power Systems, Lenovo hardware, and middleware like WebLogic. He was responsible for coordinating multiple teams to implement a business system upgrade, which was successfully launched. Following the project, he handled BAU support, including Linux upgrades, patch management, and security management. Most recently, he resigned and is now seeking opportunities in foreign companies.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He possesses strengths in Linux and virtualization, with familiarity in storage systems, potentially including EMC or Hitachi devices. He also has experience with send switches. His strongest technical familiarity lies in Linux and virtualization. Regarding potential areas for development, middleware may be a consideration. He demonstrates proficiency in automation tools, such as Ansible Tower.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience with Windows systems, specifically Windows Server 2019 and 2023, primarily focusing on patch upgrades and remote user configuration. His experience with Windows is less extensive compared to his Linux experience. He has technical experience in troubleshooting, particularly with Linux, including addressing file system issues and network connectivity problems. His troubleshooting process involves checking hardware health, system configurations, and network settings using commands like ping, packet, and tcpdump.
