- He has been working for XXXX as an IT specialist, he has done a lot of IT projects for 7 years, some projects are closely linked to business and to the traditional IT technology and development. He has a project even though he is playing a small role, he had to take a lot of workload outside of IT, business-related tasks such as meet business requirements by improving the IT network.
- He is an IT Specialist but he is also in charge of some projects management tasks such as scheduling, discussion, review for multiple brand or business on how to provide effective solution and meet the requirements of brand development, effective IT solution like what kind of part will reach the requirements of the business and how they can deploy and match them in the daily operation, and some part of the project is related to SAP solution and personally resolved some big cases. It is the output management system. It is about integration of the 3rd party of the product.
- He has 3.5 years of experience in system integration. He has experience and knowledge of SOAP/Rest webservices, JavaScript, XML/JSON and CSV and some experience in middleware software such as such as AWS, Ali Platform while some of the product is escalated to the middleware. He also has experience in supporting roles including monitoring of processes, fixing issues, testing, reporting and previously communicating to the HQ team in Switzerland and to the local team in Shanghai.
- He has experience working with TMall and WeChat APIs, it was a SAP, model integration, he has to touch some middleware which is the Ali Platform. He also has experience in shipment processes in FedEx in all of the application, middleware and plug-in in their SAP.
