1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX and he is involved with the sales and product marketing of their company. He is mostly working with HDMI interfaces and such, handling customers in China; he’s based in Shenzhen now. Before that, he was doing consultancy for XXXX where he was mostly doing and selling infrastructure to customers. He was also a Sales Director for the Greater China with XXXX, he did semiconductor sales for them and sold wireless connector for HDMIs. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Sr. Product Market Director where he was responsible for the PM, Sales, and FAE functions for China. Before this, he was mainly doing sales and Product Marketing/Management for about 10 years, both in China and Taiwan; he was mainly focused with TVs, monitors, and mostly audio/videos.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be doing sales and product marketing since he has been doing these roles for the past 20+ years of his career. In terms of the industry, he’s strong with both electronics and semiconductor. Also have strong business backgrounds, client development/management, and product management as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing sales for the past 20+ years in the semiconductor and distributor firms. Also has been working mostly for TVs, monitors, and A/V so he has the connection already in the field; some of the companies/clients that he has worked with before was CVTE, Skyworth, Xiaomi, BOE, HTC, and more in China and TPV, Genesis in Taiwan so he has contacts already with them. Not much experience on selling ideas and IPs but willing to learn about it, have some technical background as well so can communicate to clients and team.
