1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?           
She is currently located in Guangzhou and works as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager for XXXX where she’s responsible for portfolios, projects, and other regulatory requirements from the data side. She also worked in Shanghai before, for XXXX as a Wealth Management – PMO where she’s in charge of one project with them. Before that, she was an Operation Manager for XXXX also in Shanghai where she was mainly in-charge of NAV calculation, reconciliation, and reporting activities; also oversees implementation and improvements of the company. She also joined a start-up before which is a software development company as a Business Analyst where they developed a clearing evolution system. She started off as a Fund Accountant for XXXX and was in charge of ETF fund valuation, migration projects, and supported hedge fund valuation process as well. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be her asset management skills and capability; on top of that, she’s good with financial security services as that is her educational and professional background. She’s familiar with different projects including migration, commission, and does lots of optimization using development solution. On top of that, she’s good with stakeholder management and establishing relationship between departments and stakeholders.
